How do I buy a rank or crate key?
Choose your rank or crate key, enter your exact Minecraft and Discord usernames, and copy the payment description. Open Kisa, enter the price and paste the description before paying.
What amount do I enter on Kisa?
Enter exactly 2 GEL for a Gold key, 4 GEL for Crimson, 5 GEL for Amethyst, 7 GEL for Prime, 10 GEL for VIP, 15 GEL for MVP, 20 GEL for Master, or 30 GEL for Titan. You enter the amount yourself on the Kisa donation page.
What goes in the payment description?
Include the item name (rank or crate key), your exact Minecraft username and your Discord username. Copy the prepared description from checkout so staff can match the payment to you.
What do crate keys do?
Crate keys open the crates on WaveMC for in-game loot. You buy one just like a rank: enter its price on Kisa and paste the prepared description. Ask staff on Discord what each crate currently holds.
When will I receive my purchase?
Staff manually verify your Kisa donation and deliver your rank or keys, so delivery isn't instant. For an update, contact Discord support with your payment details.
I forgot the description or made a typo. What now?
No worries—message staff on Discord with your Kisa payment details, the item purchased, and your correct Minecraft and Discord usernames.
Do I need to be online to receive my purchase?
Your exact Minecraft username is essential for delivery. Check with staff on Discord whether you need to be online when they apply your purchase.
